By registering, browsing, posting jobs or resumes, or otherwise using ReferOne, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any plan-specific rules that apply to your membership.

2. User Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to update it promptly if it changes.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as resumes, job descriptions, and profile information). By submitting content, you grant ReferOne a non-exclusive licence to host, display, process, and share that content as needed to operate the platform, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

4. Prohibited Activities

You must not misuse ReferOne. Without limitation, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or disrupt the service.
• Scrape, harvest, or automate access to the platform in a way that overloads our infrastructure or bypasses access controls.
• Post false, misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent job listings or applications.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with an employer or partner.

5. Intellectual Property

ReferOne’s branding, software, and original content on the platform are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written consent.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the service. You may close your account at any time subject to any outstanding obligations (e.g. fees or disputes).

7. Limitation of Liability

ReferOne is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee job placement, hiring outcomes, or referral payouts—those depend on third parties and eligibility rules.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to ReferOne, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
